Key previously worked as a private equity and M&A attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. He graduated from UT Law in 2016, where he served as the Administrative Editor for the Texas Law Review (raising more money than any previous Administrative Editor during his tenure) and managed the Texas Law Review's finances, threw all the parties, and maintained the relationships between law firms and the Texas Law Review. It was there he found his passion for recruiting after having placed his first associate as a law student. Key prides himself for his investment in his colleagues, friendships, and family—there is no greater joy for him than cultivating those relationships. If only Key had spent more hours billing instead of recruiting, maybe he'd have made equity partner.
Anne Heaviside

Anne has a 20-year background in the legal industry as a former litigator, in-house law firm recruiter, and current search firm recruiter. Anne graduated from the University of Alabama in 1998 and Wake Forest Law School in 2001. She is a New Orleans native who spent over 10 years at McGlinchey Stafford as their Talent Director, where she opened six offices. In 2018 she relocated to Houston where she has become one of the go-to legal recruiters in Texas. Anne’s best attribute is her encyclopedic knowledge of the Texas law firm market and culture. In her spare time, Anne can be found dining in Houston’s diverse restaurant scene, at a wine tasting, walking her standard poodles, or mentoring law students on LinkedIn.
Charlotte Aaronson

Charlotte previously served as a Judicial Clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge Jeff Bohm. She graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2017, where she served as Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review and was a Summer Associate at BakerHostetler and Akin Gump. Charlotte discovered her passion for recruiting after eavesdropping on her husband's lateral partner process. She quickly realized she could help people find their dream job and be a full-time mom to her two kids. Charlotte loves to help others succeed. She can be found volunteering at her children's schools, caring for her golden-doodle, rescue lab and cat, and watching stand-up comedy with her lawyer husband.

Celia has worked as a lawyer in both the private and public sectors, most recently as an insurance coverage attorney at Thompson Coe (2021-2022). She graduated from UT Law in 2018, where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the Texas International Law Journal and spent her time exploring Austin with friends. Celia discovered her passion for recruiting when she realized she spent more time helping her friends and colleagues who would come to her lamenting about their current work situation than she did billing hours (oops). Celia is enthusiastic about helping others live their best lives by matching them with the job best suited to their career and lifestyle goals.

Roseanna previously worked in Houston and DC at three Am Law 100 firms, serving as a director of business development and practice management. Having served as a trusted advisor to firm leadership, she understands how lateral hiring decisions are made. She has coached hundreds of lawyers in her career, advising on business development, lateral opportunities and lateral integration. She thrives on connecting the dots between people and opportunities. When not working, Roseanna invests her time in family and empowering her two daughters to dream big.
